The moderator role at Kabuni involves ensuring a positive community atmosphere by monitoring discussions, addressing issues promptly, and collaborating with the team. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, empathetic problem solvers, passionate about community building, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding Kabuni's values.
Reward Structure:
- Moderation Activity Rewards: As an active moderator, you'll have the chance to engage in various moderation activities across different platforms throughout the year. Each activity presents an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, interact with the community, and bolster the Kabuni platform.
- KBC Rewards: For your active moderation and contributions across platforms, you will receive 50 to 500 KBC (Kabuni Coins), equivalent to $10 to $350. The reward amount will be determined based on the nature of the moderation activities, your level of engagement, and the overall impact of your contributions.
